With over eight years of experience in the construction industry, Hunter Naggs brings a dynamic blend of field expertise, leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit to their role at Midwest Construction Group. Their career began with owning and operating a successful landscape construction business, expanded into food service equipment dealership, and ultimately led them to general contracting. This entrepreneurial experience sharpened their skills in project management, client relations, budgeting, and team leadership.

Now, as a Project Manager at Midwest Construction Group, Hunter leads a variety of commercial and industrial construction projects, ensuring that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Their practical approach to problem-solving, along with strong communication and organizational skills, allows them to navigate the complexities of construction with ease.

Outside of work, Hunter is an avid sport and outdoors enthusiast, with a passion for hockey, golf, and fishing. These activities teach the importance of teamwork, focus, and persistence—qualities that directly translate into their professional success.
