Meet Ryan Konop

Ryan Konop is an accomplished construction executive with 27 years of experience leading large-scale retail, hospitality, multifamily, and commercial construction projects from entitlement through closeout. He has built a strong reputation for aligning construction execution with business strategy, creating operational systems, strengthening project teams, and delivering greater financial transparency across complex development pipelines.

Throughout his career, Ryan has overseen significant construction portfolios, including multifamily developments, condominiums, branded apartment communities, retail buildouts, tenant improvements, healthcare facilities, banking institutions, casino renovations, auto dealerships, and site development projects. His experience includes executive leadership roles with Sawall Development, Greenfire Management Services, Continental Properties, KVG Building, and several respected Wisconsin construction firms.

Ryan brings deep expertise in construction operations, preconstruction strategy, cost forecasting, risk mitigation, contractor onboarding, municipal coordination, and process improvement. He has led and mentored construction teams, implemented systems such as Procore to improve cost visibility, authored RFPs and SOPs, and helped organizations improve efficiency, accountability, and project performance.

A graduate of Milwaukee School of Engineering with a degree in Architectural Engineering and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Lubar School of Business Executive MBA program, Ryan combines technical construction knowledge with strong business leadership.
