Sean Bailey, a seasoned veteran in the construction industry with over two decades of hands-on experience. Sean’s journey in construction began with the operation of a residential custom remodeling & construction company, where he gained invaluable practical knowledge. Prior to that, he served in the United States Marine Corps, refining his leadership skills and pursued civil drafting.

Throughout his career, Sean has held diverse leadership roles, demonstrating his adeptness at navigating complexities and driving strategic initiatives. In addition to his role as the President of Midwest Construction Group LLC, where he leads a dedicated team committed to delivering excellence in construction services, Sean is also serving as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at North Shore Health, LLC. Entrusted with the task of charting the course for the company’s long-term success, Sean’s responsibilities encompass all facets of business operations, from overarching planning to meticulous execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and optimal utilization of real estate assets.
